Dr. Adrian Villalba, D.C., CACCP
Dr. Adrian Villalba is a Santa Rosa-based chiropractor and movement specialist who helps families build strength, confidence, and connection in every season of life. His approach blends nervous-system–focused chiropractic care with functional movement habits, supported by deep listening, thoughtful teaching, and a grounded, encouraging presence.
Adrian’s path to chiropractic began at age 24, when a cancer diagnosis reshaped his understanding of health and resilience. During recovery, he made a personal commitment: to help people avoid such profound struggle whenever possible—and to guide those experiencing it back toward strength and capability.
Before entering chiropractic school, Adrian spent eight years working for the National Park Service, building and maintaining trails throughout the Golden Gate National Recreation Area. The work reinforced the values that now guide his practice: working with his hands, mastering a craft, serving the community, and supporting long-term wellness.
Initially focused on becoming a sports chiropractor—earning advanced experience in extremity care and completing Foundation Training instructor certification—Adrian’s career took a meaningful turn when he supported one of his student patients from pre-conception through pregnancy and postpartum. The depth and impact of that experience led him to dedicate his work to perinatal and family care. He went on to graduate from Life Chiropractic College West as Salutatorian with clinical honors, later serving as the primary perinatal chiropractor in practices in San Francisco and on the island of St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands, and before opening RRC, he served the Santa Rosa community for five years as a Senior Associate Doctor at Acorn Chiropractic Club.
Today, Adrian is known for his precise adjustments, practical movement integration, warm communication style, and ability to meet each person where they are. He is passionate about helping families understand their bodies, feel strong and supported, and build a foundation for lifelong wellness.
Outside the office, Adrian is a devoted husband to Lena and father to Rio and Maya. He’s a lifelong mover and outdoor enthusiast who loves climbing, running, lifting, swimming, and exploring the Sierras. He believes that health is ultimately about enjoying your life and growing stronger through the experiences it brings.
